The food was very tasty, we all enjoyed it. However, we didn’t receive a free meal as per the offer on your website in spite of spending £98. When I called in to collect the order, there were four staff in the bar/reception area. Not one of them acknowledged that they had seen me or offered to serve me. I waited for several minutes with the staff ignoring me before I eventually had ask to uplift my order. To be honest, this is not the friendly reception that I normally receive when I call into your restaurant, but it was disappointing.
